SGS Home Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

as long as such changes do not affect already confirmed appointments without offering a reasonable alternative.


2. Booking and Scheduling

You can request cleaning services through our website forms, by phone, or by email.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property,
including size, condition, number of rooms, and any special requests.
This information helps us provide proper staffing, timing, and pricing.


3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing may be based on the size and condition of the property, the type of service requested,
and the estimated time required. We may provide a quote in advance based on the information you supply.
If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described,
we may adjust the price or the scope of work and will discuss this with you before proceeding.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. In most cases, payment is due on the day of service,
unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We may accept cash, credit or debit cards,
or other payment methods indicated on our Site.

If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to charge late fees or suspend future services
until the outstanding balance is paid.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment,
we request that you notify us as early as possible.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made with sufficient notice may be done without a fee, as defined in our current policy.
  • Last-minute cancellations or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.

Any applicable time frames or fees for cancellations and rescheduling will be communicated during booking
or in our confirmation messages.


5. Access to Your Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and timely access to your property at the scheduled time.
This may include being present, leaving a key in a secure location, or providing access codes or instructions in advance.

If our cleaners are unable to access your property, or if the property is not in a safe or suitable condition for cleaning,
the visit may be treated as a last-minute cancellation and a fee may apply.


6. Safety and Working Conditions

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or stop a cleaning service if we encounter unsafe conditions,
including but not limited to: hazardous materials, extreme clutter, aggressive behavior, or unsafe pets.

We do not move heavy furniture or items that could cause damage or injury.
If you would like specific areas cleaned that are behind or under large furniture,
you are responsible for moving those items before the appointment.


7. Satisfaction and Complaints

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services.
If you are not satisfied with any part of our work, please contact us within a reasonable time
after the service, preferably within 24 hours, and describe the issue in detail.

When possible, we may offer to return and re-clean the area of concern.
Our goal is to work with you to resolve any problems in a fair and practical way.


8. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
  • Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or confidential items when appropriate
  • Inform us in advance about any special surfaces, materials, or instructions

9. Limitations of Liability

We will take reasonable care when working in your property.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SGS Home Services is not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear of surfaces or items during cleaning
  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration of items, furniture, or fixtures
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

If an item is damaged and we are clearly responsible, we may, at our discretion,
repair the item, replace it with a similar item, or offer a reasonable credit.
